The staff at the front desk were lovely at check in. Our room was a great size. The room had all the necessary amenities. I felt comfortable and secure during my entire stay.
The shower closure leaked. This made the bathroom floor wet after each shower. I found the room very noisy because of the traffic outside. It was possible to hear noises from other rooms as well.

The location is convenient with easy access to metro and bus lines. i found the staff kind. They allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. the room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. i particularly appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby. This allowed me to refill my water bottle before heading out.
The bathroom was somewhat small. A small shelf in the shower would be helpful for toiletries.

Staff assisted me with an early room access after my long flight. They were helpful in fulfilling my needs. The room offered adequate space plus a generously sized bathroom with necessary amenities. Luggage storage was available.
The shower lacked a shelf for shampoo and shower gel. I found no complimentary water in the room upon arrival late at night. I wish I'd known this earlier.
